As part of this service, we can answer any questions you might have about your first bill, new products and prices for services like roaming. All our Welcome Team members are trained in business and know all our products and services inside out. Just pick up the phone – we’re here for you.
Depending on the needs of your business, you’ll always be able to talk to a Business Advisor in our stores or to your own Account Manager. You can call or email your Account Manager whenever you’ve a question or problem. They’ll stay in touch with you to make sure you’re always on the right price plan and have the right technology for your business.
