Our indirect channel partners are placed in one of three tiers: Platinum, Gold or Silver according to their capability and quality of service.
Platinum status is the highest level within our partner programme meaning they have first access to our new products and services, their own dedicated Vodafone experts in areas such as service and marketing, giving customers the confidence that they are dealing with one of the best Vodafone business partners in the UK. The first-ever Vodafone Partner of the Year Awards were held at The Mayfair Hotel in London on 14 April 2011 to recognise the best in class across all tiers of partners.
The event, supported by RIM and HTC, started with an afternoon business session hosted by Peter Kelly, Enterprise Business Director; Dale Parkinson, Head of Vodafone Partner Services, and Peter Boucher, Enterprise Marketing Director. The evening dinner and awards event, held in The Mayfair’s Crystal suite, was hosted by Rory Bremner.
There were 14 awards in total across Platinum, Gold and Silver partners.
